Brand Strategy and Guidelines

 
  • Yoga Box offers a diverse array of classes—including Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, and Restorative Yoga—in heated, illuminated rooms designed to accommodate practitioners of all levels. With multiple locations across California, Colorado, and Illinois, Yoga Box fosters a radically inclusive environment that challenges and transforms any level of yoga practice.

    We worked with Founders Billy Canu and Amanda Leach to create a unified and cohesive brand strategy that encapsulates the energy and inclusivity of Yoga Box while enabling the marketing team to make informed decisions. The objective was to develop comprehensive Brand Strategy and Guidelines that ensure consistency across all visual, verbal, and experiential touchpoints as the brand expands into new markets.

  • Discovery and Strategy Development
    We began by conducting in-depth research into Yoga Box's mission, values, and community impact. Through collaborative workshops with the founders and marketing team, we identified key challenges and opportunities in their current branding approach. This step included a competitive analysis to position Yoga Box uniquely within the fitness and wellness industry.

    Defining the Brand Core
    Working closely with stakeholders, we articulated the essence of the Yoga Box brand, focusing on inclusivity, transformation, and connection. This informed the creation of foundational elements such as the brand voice, visual identity, and messaging hierarchy.

    Designing the Guidelines
    A comprehensive Brand Guidelines document was created to serve as a single source of truth for all marketing and communication efforts. The guidelines include:

    • Logo usage and placement

    • Color palette and typography

    • Photography and videography standards

    • Tone and style for written communication

    • Templates for marketing collateral and digital platforms

  • The development of the Yoga Box Brand Guidelines provided a solid foundation for the company’s growth into new markets. With a unified strategy and tools to ensure consistent representation, Yoga Box now maintains a stronger, more recognizable presence across all channels.

    By aligning marketing efforts with the brand’s mission and values, Yoga Box has reinforced its reputation as a leader in the wellness community, creating an impactful experience that resonates with its audience and sets it apart from competitors.
